The Advocate Collection Donation for Sunshine House

The Sunshine’s main fundraising activity is the Annual Advocate Appeal!

This year (2022) The Advocate Collection will be taking place across the Dublin Diocese on April 9th/10th.  This year there will be an envelope collection as well as bucket collections churches across Dublin. Our Volunteers will be around to collect donations all weekend long.

If you weren’t able to donate on the collection days, you can still donate here instead!

Since 1997, the staff of the Sunday World newspaper have donated their time, energy and enthusiasm to produce the Advocate newspaper. The Sunday World provides the design, publishing and printing of the paper free of charge and staff work on a voluntary basis.

Their dedication, and that of our volunteers, allows the Sunshine Fund to continue providing holidays.
